RETURNS RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

If you wish to return an item to elizabetharden.com.au, please follow the instructions below within 28 days of purchase. We do not currently offer exchanges.

Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return contact@elizabetharden.com.au

Details relating to returns:

  • Include photographs of the product along with your reason for the return when emailing customer service.
  • Returns must be made within 28 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused and in good condition with all packaging attached.
  • Pack the items securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
  • Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
  • Elizabetharden.com.au will cover the return shipping cost via Australia Post 

PLEASE NOTE: if you received a Gift With Purchase with your order, this must also be returned to ensure you receive a refund.

Returns Instructions

You will be provided a link to the Australia Post Returns portal to arrange your return at no cost to you.

Pack the items securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure that you receive credit. PLEASE NOTE: if you received a Gift With Purchase with your order, this also must be returned to ensure you receive a refund.

Enclose the original receipt.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Elizabetharden.com.au. If you are not content with your purchase for personal reasons, you may return items within 28 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price and sales tax.

The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
