RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to issue a full refund for your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.
Details relating to returns:
- We accept returns for products purchased from elizabetharden.com.au only.
- Returns must be made within 28* days of purchase.

Products must be unused and in good condition with all packaging attached.

Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.
- Upon receipt of the package, return processing can take up to 30 business days.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.

Elizabetharden.com.au will cover the return shipping cost via Australia Post.
PLEASE NOTE: if you received a Gift With Purchase with your order, this must also be returned to ensure you receive a refund.
Please refer to the Return Tracking Number of your package to monitor delivery status. For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Elizabetharden.com.au monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt. Elizabetharden.com.au will cover the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
*Refunds for returns received after 28 days are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of Elizabetharden.com.au. If issued in these instances, please contact customer service for assistance at contact@elizabetharden.com.au
RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 28* days for a refund.
2. Simply begin a complimentary return on https://return.auspost.com.au/ELIZABETH_ARDEN_RETURNS and fill out your order information.
3. Print your shipping label
If you are unable to print, please bring this to a carrier location for assistance.
4. Pack up your return
Place your item(s) AND the packing slip inside a sturdy container, like the one your item(s) came in. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure that you receive credit. PLEASE NOTE: if you received a Gift With Purchase with your order, this also must be returned to ensure you receive a refund.
Enclose the original receipt.
Mark out any older addresses and bar codes. Tape up your package and affix your shipping label to the outside.
5. Ship it back to us
Drop off your package at an Australia Post near you. Once it ships, use the link in your confirmation email to track its progress.
6. Please note we cannot process the refund until we've received your package, but we will keep you up to date once we've received it.
7. Refund
Please allow 30 days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method.6.
